“Over the course of three sessions with Jen we talked through a number of things I had been wanting to do for a while but which weren’t going anywhere.
One goal was to study for a series of exams which I wanted to do but hadn’t because things (excuses mainly!) always managed to get in the way. By breaking down the process of starting into small easy steps and setting these as small achievable goals my studies got underway. Last week I sat the third of these exams and am set to study for the fourth.
By making me stand back and look at just what was holding me back and doing so with a non-judgmental and kind approach Jennifer encouraged me to focus on what success would mean to me."
