Initial session, 1hr 30mins:                                        £65

Follow up session, 1hr:                                               £45

Block of 3 sessions,  1 x 1hr 30mins, 2 x 1hr:      £140

Skype/phone booster, 15 mins:                              £12

 

All that is required of you is to bring a goal you have in mind to the session for us to work on, this may be to:

  • Manage your weight (Jen is a weight management specialist)

  • To improve a relationship

  • Book onto a course

  • Change a habit

The list of goals is endless and may change as the session progresses.  A block of 3 sessions is recommended but you can of course book them individually too.
